Your name on this form MUST exactly match what is on your passport. If you use your middle name on your passport you MUST also use your middle name on this form. If you use your middle initials on your passport you must use it on this form. If your legal name is John Quincy Adams but on your passport, your name appears as John Adams, you must enter John Adams as it appears on your Passport.

If a person would have their airplane tickets issued with an incorrect name due to the mistake it could result in a charge of $100 to change the name or worst case if not caught in time it could be cause for not being allowed to board the airplane.

We will be reaching out to you within a few days to verify your travel arrangements.

There will be an Information meeting about 60 days before your tour. Where we will discuss the weather, what to wear, and basically what to expect. We will answer all your questions at that time. But if you have questions that need answers before that, call me or Patrick at 1-443-742-9021.

Choose Your Type of Payment: AS OF JULY 1st 2024 we are reinstating the Credit Card fee! Our bank charges too much. We had to reconsider taking payments by credit cards. In this economic situation, we had to decide to Increase the cost of our tours, reduce what we offered, or tighten our expenses. So, we chose to tighten our expenses! If you use Plastic (Credit or Debit Cards) after July 1st, we will split the fee with you and add a 2.5 percent fee to your total payment. We will not charge you a fee when you use Paper (Checks etc.) and we will allow Seven Days for your check to arrive at our office. After the eighth day of your register if we haven’t received payment, your registration will become available other people. *
