Cancellation by the traveler: You may cancel your participation in this tour for a full refund of your deposit at any time prior to June 1st, 2024. Cancellations must be in writing and received by US mail at our office, 2201 Kentucky Ave. Baltimore, MD 21213 on or before June 1st, 2025. Refunds will be issued on or before July 1st, 2025.
Cancellation by us: We are reluctant to interrupt your vacation and will make every effort not to cancel a tour once it is booked. It is our intention to provide you with a quality, memorable escorted tour to Ireland. In the event that a situation beyond our control occurs that disrupts our plans, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour or offer you options on other Patrick’s tours as a substitute. When, in our opinion, reasons beyond our control affect an otherwise successful event Patrick's Custom Tours reserves the right to reschedule or substitute a tour.
Changes to the Tour: Patrick's Custom Tours reserves the right to substitute visits, entertainment, hotels and other features when they cannot be visited for reasons beyond our control.
